This charming accommodation in the former hayloft of an ancient barn can be rented by 4 people.
A robust oak stairway leads up to a spacious and open living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. From this room, you can overlook the charming courtyard and the meadows with hedgerows and ancient oaks.

• The nice and cosy kitchen includes an induction stove, a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.Adjoining a nice bathroom with shower, a toilet and sink. A hair dryer is also available.
• The sleeping area is located below the ridge and gives sight to the ancient oak beams.There is a double bed and adjacent a room with two single beds
• In the living room an additional sofa bed for 2 people can be used. Wifi is to be received in the courtyard.
• There are soccer goals for kids, trampolines , go-karts , a climbing frame , playhouse etc. A lake with a sandy beach and playground is nearby.
• There are lots of leaflets with tourist information available for many sporting and cultural opportunities in the area.The bakery and the supermarket are within 10 minutes distance and the town St.Amand ,15 minutes away, offers all the amenities.

You can use the Maison des Figues for rent;
€490,- / week and € 80 / day in July and August.
€ 420,- / week and € 70 / day in the remaining months of the year.

There is a possibility to rent bed linen and towels for € 10 , - pp
The final cleaning is to outsource for € 50 , -
Deposit € 100 , -
Electricity is included in the price.
To use the washer , we ask € 3 , -
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge .
